For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about understanding the connections between mind, body, and environment. My work is driven by a desire to bridge these relationships and help others achieve greater balance, mobility, and overall well-being.
I earned my B.A. in Environmental Humanities with a minor in Sculpture from SUNY Stony Brook University in 2015. The following year, I studied Herbalism at the Arborvitae School of Herbal Medicine in New York City. In 2019, I graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Mount Kisco, NY, where I developed a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology, as well as an appreciation for the human psyche and spirit.
Through years of hands-on experience, I discovered that massage therapy alone often wasn’t enough to address the root causes of pain. Many clients experienced muscle imbalances caused by repetitive movements or postural habits, leading to compensations, limited range of motion, and chronic discomfort. To better support my clients, I expanded my expertise to include corrective movement and functional strength training.
I hold certifications in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, and Strength & Conditioning through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), earning my Elite Trainer designation in 2022. In 2023, I completed Michael Boyle’s Level 1 Functional Strength Conditioning certification (CFSC). Currently, I am pursuing a Functional Nutrition Certification through the Functional Nutrition Alliance (FxNA), with expected completion in September 2026.
My approach views the body as an integrated system where physical, mental, and environmental factors all play a role in optimal function. I aim to help clients move with greater ease, reduce pain, and build sustainable habits that support a more fulfilling and balanced life.
I also strive to incorporate my background in environmental and herbal studies into my practice. Whenever possible, I use organic, responsibly sourced, and non-toxic products.
As a lifelong learner, I am committed to continually expanding my knowledge and refining my practice—I hope to offer clients the most effective, evidence-informed care possible.
